Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

If you wish to return a product you can exchange it for another product or receive store credit for the same amount.

When you return a product the credit amount is based on the original price. Unless the product has a special offer/discount on it. Then the credit amount is based on the price of the product on the day it is returned. 

Customers can return/exchange items within 14 days of receiving them. A customer’s right to return expires after 14 days. 

To be eligible for an exchange or return of the product, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it - with the tag still on.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 

To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

All sales on sale items are final. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipments do not include a return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Aftur does not take responsibility until the item reaches us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
