Shipping policy
A confirmation email is sent when an order is successfully submitted. After we have finished processing the order an email is sent containing the tracking number.
During sales, Christmas and other high traffic periods a delay in processing orders might happen.
In the unlikely event of an order being partly out of stock. We will send the other items, refund the out of stock item and notify the customer.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Aftur is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
Iceland:
We offer standard delivery to the nearest post office or to your home within Iceland with Pósturinn.
Free pickup in store at Laugavegur 45.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery may vary from 2 to 5 working days.
You can collect your order in-store the next working day from 11:00 to 18:00 by showing your order receipt.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are non-working days.
International:
All orders are shipped from Iceland.
We offer standard delivery within Europe with the Icelandic post office (Pósturinn)
For shipments to the U.S.A, please email us with a an inquiry.
Please note, you may have to pay import duties in your own country. Aftur does not reimburse costs related to imported items. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
